The minutes of the previous meeting were read and duly acknowledged.
Matters Discussed and Resolutions
1. Reiteration of Church Family Day & Mother's Day Celebration
The meeting primarily focused on reviewing and confirming all preparations for the Church Family Day and Mother's Day Celebration scheduled on 10 May 2026.
The Council emphasized the importance of clear communication and proper coordination, particularly regarding transportation arrangements, to avoid the miscommunication experienced during last year's event, which negatively affected one church family.
2. Transportation Arrangements
The following transportation guidelines were confirmed:
- Transportation Committee Head: Bro. Allan Cerro
- Bro. Allan will oversee transportation coordination and communication to ensure a smooth and orderly process.
- Transportation Reservations: Care of Sis. Michelle Ortega.
- Assembly Area: Outside the church sanctuary.
Van Departure Schedule

| 8:30 AM | Final trip for church members |
After the 8:30 AM departure, members are encouraged to proceed directly to the venue using their own transportation if necessary.
The regular Sunday Worship Service will still begin at 9:30 AM at the Family Day venue.
3. Event Theme
Theme: Hawaiian / Floral
Members are encouraged to dress according to the event theme.
4. Water Baptism
- Time: 2:00 PM
- Baptismal candidates must register in advance to facilitate the preparation of baptism certificates and church records.

- Fellowship Lunch
- Swimming and Family Fellowship
7. Donations
The Council acknowledged the following generous donations:
- Photo Booth – Donated by Sis. Joy (Canada)
- Ice Cream Booth – Donated by Sis. Precious and Arran Misola
The church expresses its sincere gratitude for their generosity and support.
8. Common Food Preparation
The church will provide the following shared meal items:
- Rice
- Pancit
- Drinks
- Water
- Ice
Members bringing additional dishes are encouraged to coordinate with the organizing committee.
