Previous Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting were read and duly acknowledged.

Agenda and Discussion

1. Council and Pastoral Leadership

• Bro. Bong Valencia will serve as the Acting Chairman.

• All major decisions will be made collectively by both the Council and Pastoral leadership, ensuring unity and shared responsibility in leadership.

2. Review of Preaching Schedule

• The existing preaching schedule was reviewed and discussed by the leadership team.

3. Leadership Training and Learning

Basic Christian Education

• Christian Doctrine teaching offered by Pastor Tony Ticsay was reviewed.

• The leadership decided that the team will collectively review and study the Christian Basic Education materials together.

Christian Foundation Modules

• The church will use Christian Foundation Modules from World for the World.

• The leadership agreed that no alterations will be made to the contents of the booklet.

Distribution of Materials

• Soft copies will be provided by Sis. Aloha Cerro.

• Hard copies printing will be handled by Sis. Michelle Ortega.

• Mass production for distribution will be managed by Sis. Nena Rius.

10. Church Musical Instruments

The following decisions were made regarding church equipment:

• Bass Guitar – Needs replacement; repair is no longer practical due to cost.

• Electric Guitar – Needs replacement as the current guitar being used belongs personally to Nigs Valencia.

• Defective Speakers – To be disposed of or given away.
