Church Sound System Replacement Request

Loving GOD Loving People Church
#9 Aurora Drive, Vergonville Subdivision
Pulang Lupa 2, Las Piñas City

November 22, 2025

Sis. Mean Castro
Church Council
Loving GOD Loving People Church

Subject: Request for Replacement of Church Sound System Amplifier and Mixer

Dear Sis. Mean,

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I am writing to formally request the approval of the Church Council for the replacement of our church sound system amplifier and mixer, which have recently shown signs of wear and declining performance during our services.

To ensure we select the correct and most suitable equipment, Bro. Nicolai Cerro personally conducted a canvass in Raon, Manila, with the assistance of a reputable seller and an experienced sound system technician. Through their evaluation of our church’s audio needs, they recommended the following equipment:

AAJ Electronics Center
(Joson Saturn Amplifier) - ₱5,500.00
Joson Spider 8 Mixer - ₱5,500.00
Watts Automatic Voltage Regulator-
2,450.00
Guitar Electric Cord 2pcs -
₱1,600.00
Extension cord 3meters -
₱ 750.00
Drumstick - ₱ 600.00
Rechargeable Battery 3000mah 8pcs - ₱ 1,575.00

These items were identified as the proper match for our current setup, offering reliability and improved sound quality for our worship services, ministries, and special events.

In light of this, I kindly request the council’s approval for the purchase of the above equipment so we can proceed with the replacement as soon as possible. This upgrade will significantly benefit our church’s audio clarity and overall worship experience.

Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. May the Lord continue to guide us in every decision made for His glory.

Respectfully yours,
Ezra Cabrera

WWCF Camp 2025

**Report on Council Decision Regarding WWCF Camp 2025**

**Date:** 23 March 2025
**Subject:** Council Decision Regarding Camper Participation in WWCF Camp 2025

---

**Introduction:**
Following our recent discussion with the council about the upcoming WWCF Camp 2025, several considerations have been raised regarding our church’s participation in sending campers. This report outlines the council’s decision and the primary reasons behind it.

---

**Council Decision:**
The council has officially decided against sending campers from our church to the WWCF Camp 2025 due to several concerns regarding the camp's logistics and suitability for our members.

---

**Reasons for Decision:**

1. **Accommodation Concerns:**
   - The campers would be required to stay in tents. Given that the camp occurs during the summer months, this arrangement poses discomfort and potential safety issues related to weather conditions, creating an unsuitable environment for our children and youth.

2. **Transportation Issues:**
   - Currently, there is no organized transportation provided for campers to travel to the camp venue. The absence of reliable transportation raises concerns about accessibility and safety for our youth.

3. **Additional Expenses:**
   - Should the parents of campers decide to arrange for transportation independently, this would incur additional costs. Such expenses may pose a financial strain on families, leading to inequity among campers who may not be able to afford the extra charges.

4. **Responsibility of Parents:**
   - The council emphasized that if parents are inclined to send their children to the camp despite these challenges, any associated costs—such as transportation—would need to be covered at their own expense. This policy was established to ensure that participation does not place undue financial burden on the church’s budget.

---

**Conclusion:**
In light of these considerations, the council believes it is in the best interest of our church community not to participate in sending campers to WWCF Camp 2025. The focus remains on ensuring the safety and well-being of our members.

The council encourages parents to weigh these factors carefully when considering the camp for their children. If parents choose to pursue this opportunity independently, they will need to make necessary arrangements regarding accommodation and transportation.

Thank you for your understanding and support in this matter. Please feel free to reach out if there are any questions or further discussions needed.
