Previous Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting were read and duly acknowledged.

Matters Discussed and Resolutions

1. Pastoral and Benediction Prayer Assignment

  • Pastoral Prayer and Benediction Prayer were assigned to Bong Valencia and Allan Rius.

2. Church Anniversary Preparation

The following items were reviewed and approved:

Theme and Materials:

  • Theme, Social Media Poster, and Anniversary Tarpaulin – Approved

  • Decoration Budget – Php 1,000.00

  • Wall Décor – Care of Sis. Michelle Ortega

  • Photo Booth – Donated

  • Color Theme – Blue or Green

  • Food Budget – Php 12,000.00

Guest Speaker:

  • Guest Pastor: Pastor Tony Ticsay

  • Approved Stipend: Php 4,000.00

Program Assignments:

  • Circle Prayer – Joane Valencia

  • Tithes Prayer – Allan Cerro

  • The schedule for Youth Bible Study teachers has been finalized and shared via the Facebook Group Chat.

5. Church Assignments (Circle Prayer and Tithes Prayer)

  • The schedule has been prepared by Sis. Joyce Chun and will be distributed through the Group Chat.

6. Church Outreach Program

  • Tentative Date: 15 March 2026

  • Program will include Praise and Worship and the preaching of the Word of God.

  • Assigned Preacher: Bro. Siegfried Chun

7. Seven Last Words (Lenten Service)

  • Assignments have been finalized and shared through the Facebook Group Chat.

8. May 2026 Church Activities

  • Mother’s Day Celebration

  • Family Day

  • Assigned Preacher: Sis. Joane Valencia

9. Music Ministry Updates

  • Approved Saturday snack budget: Php 300.00

  • Bass Guitar Set-Up – Php 1,000.00

10. Church Repair and Maintenance

  • Kitchen Cabinets – Completed

  • Monitor Replacement – Completed

  • Aircon Maintenance – Last cleaning was conducted on 01 February 2025 (maintenance schedule to be reviewed)

As we continue what God has started this year 2026, we are grateful for the opportunity to gather, grow, and be grounded in His Word through our Youth Bible Study and Ministry Activities at Loving GOD Loving People Church of Pulang Lupa.

Every Sunday after our Worship Service, we intentionally create space for discipleship, reflection, fellowship, and ministry involvement. This schedule is not just a list of names and dates—it is a commitment to raise a generation rooted in Christ.

To maintain order and spiritual focus, we observe the following:
  • Schedule Commitment – Assigned teachers and leaders are encouraged to prepare prayerfully.
  • Sermon-Based Discussion – The usual topic will deepen the Sunday preaching.
  • Open Topic Option – Scheduled teachers may introduce other relevant biblical topics as led by the Holy Spirit.
  • Time Guidance – 40–45 minutes is encouraged, but flexibility is allowed for meaningful discussion.
  • Respect & Participation – Youth are encouraged to share, ask questions, and listen respectfully.
  • Prayer Opening & Closing – Every session starts and ends with prayer and reflection.
