Matters Discussed and Resolutions
1. Preaching Schedule (July–August 2026)
The preaching schedule for July and August 2026 was reviewed and approved as follows:

2. Father's Day Celebration
Date: 21 June 2026 (Sunday)
The following preparations were confirmed:
- Recognition and presentation of all fathers.
- Special prayer for fathers to be led by Sis. Meann Castro.
- Presentation of a Father's Day tribute video.
- Father's Day souvenir giveaways to be prepared by Sis. Michelle Ortega.
3. Reiteration of Ministry Leadership
The Council reviewed and reaffirmed the ministry leadership assignments.
Ushering Ministry

- Meann Castro
Sis. Meann Castro will assist in providing leadership, conducting Bible studies, and monitoring the ministry's spiritual growth and future projects.
Prayer Ministry
- Joane Valencia
- Michelle Ortega
Sis. Michelle Ortega was officially designated today 07 June 2026 to assist Sis. Joane Valencia in ministry planning and future projects.
Ladies Ministry
- Nena Rius
Men's Ministry
- Henry Castro
The Council noted that the Men's Ministry Bible Study has not been conducted since 2025 and encouraged its resumption.
Music and Youth Ministry
- Ezra Cabrera
The Youth Ministry was encouraged to continue developing activities such as:
- Youth Convention
- Youth Camps
- Inter-Church Youth Fellowship
- Christian Concerts
- Other outreach opportunities
The Youth Bible Study will continue every Sunday after the worship service as a follow-up and application of the Sunday sermon.
4. Recognition of June Graduates
The church will recognize and pray for the following graduates during the June worship service.

The Council confirmed the continuation of the Groundbreaking Series.

8. Church Equipment and Ministry Needs
The following ministry needs were presented for consideration and future budgeting:
- Replacement of the air-conditioning unit near the Music Ministry area.
- Purchase of a church laptop for worship presentations, recording, and accounting purposes.
- Purchase of a PowerPoint presentation clicker for preaching.
- Four (4) rechargeable batteries for wireless microphones.
- Replacement of the snare drum springs.
These items will be evaluated by the Church Council according to ministry priorities and available funds.
